My "Urban Abstractions” gallery is a collection of images from the streets of San Diego that reflect the aesthetics of key movements in 20th Century modern art. In its time, modern art of the Western World was the voice of our culture. And I believe it speaks to how we think, feel and express ourselves even today. My photos are grouped according to elements of specific movements that inspire me and influence my personal vision, including Cubism, Impressionism, Abstract Art, and Brutalism.
